Online Webinar Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending this webinar (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment
   All registrations must be completed with accurate information. Payment (if applicable) must be received in full prior to accessing the Event.
2. Access and Use
   Your registration grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the webinar for personal or internal business use only. Sharing access links or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
   All content presented during the webinar, including but not limited to slides, videos, audio, graphics, and written materials, is the property of the organizer and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written consent.
4. No Recording or Redistribution
   Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the webinar, including audio, video, or presentation materials, without prior written permission from the organizer. Unauthorized recording or sharing of the Event content may result in removal from the Event, revocation of access to materials, and potential legal action.
5. Non-Solicitation
   Participants agree not to use the Event, its chat features, attendee lists, or any related communications to solicit, market, promote, or sell products or services to other participants, speakers, or organizers without prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, direct messaging, posting promotional links, or collecting contact information for commercial purposes. Violation of this provision may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and possible restriction from future events.
6. Recording and Replay by Organizer
   The webinar may be recorded by the organizer. By participating, you consent to such recording. Registered participants may receive access to a replay at the organizer’s discretion.
7. Code of Conduct
   Participants agree to engage respectfully. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate language may result in removal from the Event without refund.
8. Disclaimer
   The information provided during the webinar is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, the organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including but not limited to technical issues, interruptions, or loss of data.
10. Refund Policy:
    If you are unable to attend the webinar, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. However, you will retain access to a webinar recording, if available, as well as any included materials.
11. Technical Requirements
    Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, internet connection, and software to access the webinar.
12. Privacy and Data Use
    By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (such as name, email address, and registration details) for purposes including event administration, communication, and delivery of webinar materials.
    The organizer will not sell your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (such as webinar hosting platforms or email service providers) solely for purposes necessary to operate the Event.
    The organizer will implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
    By participating in the Event, you also consent to receiving communications related to the webinar, including follow-up emails and related offerings. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
13. Modifications
    The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event content, schedule, speakers, or these terms at any time.
14. Governing Law; No Arbitration; Venue
    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties expressly agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Texas. The parties further expressly waive any right to require or compel arbitration of any dispute under these Terms. Each party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objections based on inconvenient forum or similar doctrines.
