Our History
Chalk Mountain (CM2E) roots span back to 1987 when Kenneth R. Dees, P.E. CFM started a software company which was focused on the manufacture of technical engineering software for the civil engineering and cartographic markets. In 2000, Dees refocused the direction of the company to provide consulting engineering services. Today, CM2E is a registered engineering company (PELS Firm No 19516) in the State of Texas.
CM2E associates are experts who possess a lifetime of knowledge and experience. We utilize the most-recent technological tools which feature machine learning and AI integration. Most importantly, we rely on our "can-do attitude" to provide innovative solutions for complex problems.
Our clients include both private organizations and public institutions. With more than three decades of service, CM2E understands the significance of providing mission critical civil engineering .
